Most places in Maastricht are gone within days, and landlords rarely wait for
someone who is still abroad. These two services exist for exactly that gap. They
are optional, priced per viewing, and entirely separate from the search itself,
which stays free until you sign.

We go, you watch, live.
We attend the viewing in person and put you on a live video call while we are
inside. You see the rooms as we walk them, and you ask questions in real time
through us, exactly as you would if you were standing there.
A live call, not a recording sent afterwards
We ask your questions on the spot: damp, noise, heating, storage, the neighbours
Photographs of anything you want a closer look at
A written summary the same day, including what the listing left out
Registration, contract type and rent level checked while we are there
For the listing that appeared this morning and will be gone tomorrow. We drop
what we are doing, get to the property within twenty-four hours, and put your
application in front of the landlord while the viewing is still fresh.

We follow up with the landlord directly, that day
If we cannot get there in 24 hours, you are not charged
You only pay for a viewing you asked for. Neither service is
automatic and neither is bundled into anything. You tell us which property, we
confirm we can attend, and only then do you pay. If we cannot attend, or the
landlord cancels, you are not charged.
These are separate from our fee. Searching, applying, negotiating and
checking your contract remain free until you sign a lease we found you, at which
point our fee is half a month's rent. A viewing fee is never deducted from that,
and never added to it.
We view for you, not for a landlord. We do not list properties, we take
no money from any landlord, and we have no interest in you choosing one place over
another. If a property is wrong, we will say so, and that is rather the point of
sending us.
How to book one
Send us the listing, by email or in reply to anything we have sent you.
We check whether we can get to it, and by when. If we cannot, we say so and you pay nothing.
We send you a payment link for that single viewing. Card, iDEAL or bank transfer.
We attend, you join the call, and the summary follows the same day.
